If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange. Please note that the item must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or exchange: customized or engraved jewelry, earrings (for hygiene reasons), and items purchased during a promotional sale.
